I ask whether Anita thinks all the awareness campaigns and early screening around cancer is helping reduce cancer or could they actually be contributing to an increase in incidence of cancer.

As many of you know, Anita's own story inculdes being very fearful of cancer and she now feels that this fear was a big contributor to her own cancer diagnosis.
The next question I ask Anita is how she would do things differently if she was in charge of eliminating cancer worldwide.
